WOD:

1.5 hours Kickboxing & BJJ

Food:

8:00am: 4 Eggs, 2tbsp Salsa, 2oz Sharp Cheddar, 1 Banana. 47.6g F, 26.4g C, 39.1g P.

12:00pm: Salmon Salad: Carrots, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Bell Pepper, Celery, 210g Salmon, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 1tbsp Balsamic Vinegar. 60g Macadamia Nuts.

5:30pm: Cheap Chinese Food: Chow Mein, Sweet & Sour Chicken.

8:00pm: Squash Chili: ~6oz Grass-Fed Ground Beef, 1/2 cup Squash, 1/4 cup Onion, 1 cup Mushroom, 1/2tbsp Olive Oil.
