Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5 @ 205#

Push Press 5-5-5-5-5 @ 115#

Damn it sucks coming back from being sick. As you can see, I've lost some ground. I'm pretty sure I lost some lean mass, and I've definitely lost some strength.
