30sec Running Press w/ 15# DBs
30sec Rest
30sec 1 Arm Swing w/ 24kg KB
30sec Rest
30sec Burpees
30sec Rest

Have been working out at CrossFit North, very different environment from Eastside, I like it. Learned two new things already, and a new exercise. Burpees are more functional if you land with your knees outside your arms, you are able to maintain neutral spine. Get more hips out of your swings if you add a little "hop" at the end of your hip extension. Just thinking about jumping causes you to explode more. The running press was an interesting addition to my GPP arsenal. The movement simulates those VersaClimber machines, very tiring.
