WOD:
Snatch 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 @ 40kg + 5 x 3 Snatch Drop
Clean & Jerk 2-2-2-2-2-2-2 @ 50kg + 5 x 3 Clean Drop
Back Squat 5-5-5-5 @ 90kg
Snatch and Clean drop were to work on bar speed getting under bar. This was my first O-Lifting session at CrossFit North, will start O-Lifting 3x/week.
