OMG, this workout sucked.
Nutrition:
7:30am: 6 Eggs, 2oz Cheddar, 1oz Butter, 8tbsp Fire Roasted Guacamole (TJs), 1 Orange.
12:00pm: P.F. Chang's: 1 Spring Roll, Almond & Cashew Chicken.
3:30pm: Squash Chili (Pmenu): 6oz Ground Beef, Acorn Squash, Mushrooms, Onion, Garlic, Chili Powder, Cumin, Coconut Oil. 6 Chocolate Balls.
New Recipe:
Chocolate Balls
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1.5 tbsp cane syrup
Just mix it all up.
