5:00am: BW = 169

WOD:

Back Squat 5 x 5 @ 107.5kg
Overhead Press 5 x 5 @ 50kg
L-Sit x 2 (20sec, 15sec)

Haven't done any strength work in about a month so I stuck with the last weight that I did. Was surprisingly easy, can definitely move up next week.

Nutrition:

9:30am: 6 Eggs, 2oz Tapenade, 2oz Salsa, 1tbsp Coconut Oil. 7oz Strawberries.

1:30pm: 6oz Ground Lamb, 7oz Cabbage, 1 Avocado. 1 Fuji Apple.

6:30pm: 6oz Salmon Fillet. 8oz Yams. 2tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
