4:00pm: 1lb Mixed Veggies (Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Onion, Bell Pepper), 7oz Chicken, 2oz Olives, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 1tbsp Balsamic Vinegar. 8oz Strawberries. 2oz Macadamia Nuts.
8:30pm: 1 Can Coconut Milk, 12oz Blackberries, 2scoops Egg Protein Powder.
