1:30pm: Taco Salad: 6oz Ground Beef, 1 Avocado, Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes, Salsa. 1 Fuji Apple. 2tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
7:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk. 3cups Peaches. 2scoops Egg Protein Powder.
