Digestive Distress

Trying to figure out what's been pissing my GI tract off lately. 6 days of no dairy didn't have any noticeable effect. Coffee is the next culprit. Of course, binge drinking doesn't help either.

Rest (cleaned the gym all day, didn't end up having time to workout)

Nutrition:

1030: 4 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 3tbsp Tapenade. 3 slices Bacon.

1430: 1 serving Sonoma Chicken Salad. 5 pieces Watermelon.

1830: 1 serving Squash Chili. Leftover Mac n' Cheese.

ZMA: Day 2

No Dairy: nope

No Coffee: Day 1
