Going to do an 8 week Squat, Deadlift, Press Progression. Ended my last progression last March with BS @ 135, Press @ 63, Deadlift @ 132.5 for sets of 3.
Nutrition:
1130: 4 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 4tbsp Sundried Tomato & Olive Bruschetta. 5 slices Bacon.
1600: 5oz Ground Beef, 7oz Sauteed Cabbage, 1 Avocado.
2030: 1 serving Sonoma Chicken Salad.
