Day 26

BW = 189.0lbs

WOD:

Back Squat 150 x 5 x 3
Bench Press 93 x 5 x 3
Power Clean 67 x 2 x 3

Cleans starting to feel better. Push through the middle of my foot was the cue that worked. I was trying to overcompensate for opening up to early by staying over the bar way too long, which looked like I was going to fall over. Pushing through the middle of my foot kept me balanced, I straightened my knees faster, and was much closer to hitting my thighs consistently.

Nutrition:

1130: 6oz Leg of Lamb, Greek Salad (Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Black Olives, 1.5oz Feta, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 1tbsp Red Wine Vinegar).

1500: 3 Hard Boiled Eggs. 6 cups Whole Milk.

1700 - 1830: 10 cups Whole Milk.

2030: 6oz Chicken, 6oz Roasted Cauliflower, 4oz Black Olives, 1oz Pine Nuts, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 1tbsp Red Wine Vinegar.
