Felt terrible today. Had no energy. Had trouble falling asleep last night, so I don't know how much sleep I got, but it wasn't enough. Got some ART done yesterday on my shoulders, so decided not to press or pull-up as my shoulders are pretty weak because of the work I got done on them. Should be good to go for Friday's workout.
0930: 6oz Chicken, 6oz Roasted Cauliflower, 1oz Pine Nuts, 3oz Black Olives, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 2tbsp Red Wine Vinegar.
1500: 6oz Leg of Lamb, Greek Salad (Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Black Olives, 1.5oz Feta, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 2tbsp Red Wine Vinegar). 6 cups Whole Milk.
1630 - 1900: 10 cups Whole Milk.
2030: El Guadalajara: Chicken, Beef, & Shrimp Fajitas (no tortillas, beans, or rice, just meat, veggies, sour cream, guacamole). 1 large Margarita.
