Felt much better today. Dropped 3rd rep of 3rd set of Squats, only because I tried to stand upright instead of driving with my hip. Finished that set no problem. Had to break up both Press sets into 3 & 2 reps, wasn't confident in my shoulder strength, still feels weak from ART. Deadlifts felt great.
0930: 1.5 slices Paleo Pizza. 3 cups Whole Milk.
1500: 6oz Leg of Lamb, Greek Salad (Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Black Olives, 1.5oz Feta, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 2tbsp Red Wine Vinegar). 4 cups Whole Milk.
1630 - 1830: 9 cups Whole Milk.
2030 - 2230: A bunch of Deli Meat, Veggies w/ Ranch, & Cashews. 4 small cups of Wine.
