Pull-ups (2.5kg) 8, 8, 7
Felt good. Dropped last rep of last set of squats, but it's because I didn't set up correctly. Got the last rep no problem.
Nutrition:
1100: 6oz Ground Sausage w/ Veggies & Marinara. 4 cups Whole Milk.
1530: 6 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 4oz Salsa. 4 cups Whole Milk.
1630 - 1830: 6 cups Whole Milk.
2030: 6oz Chicken w/ Thom Kha Soup. 2 cups Whole Milk.
