Day 63

BW = 197.6lbs

WOD:

Back Squat 152 x 5 x 3
Bench Press 99 x 5 x 3
Deadlift 176 x 5

Felt good today. Failed last rep of last set of Bench Press, first time that's happened since I started the progression.

Nutrition:

1100: 6oz Ground Sausage w/ Veggies & Marinara. 4 cups Whole Milk.

1530: 6oz Chicken w/ Thom Kha Soup. 4 cups Whole Milk.

1630 - 1830: 6 cups Whole Milk.

2130: 6 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 4oz Salsa. 2 cups Whole Milk.
