Back Squat 163 x 1 x 2, 150 x 3 x 3
Overhead Press 65 x 5 x 3
Power Clean 50 x 2, 60 x 2, 70 x 2, 80 x 2 x 2
The original plan was to do some doubles at 163, but I dropped the second rep on both attempts, so did some triples at 150. Press felt easy. Made a breakthrough on cleans (finally), did a much better job of finishing the top.
Nutrition:
1100: Peso's: 2 orders of Habanero Sausage Migas (white cheddar, bell peppers, green onions, cilantro, spicy habanero sauce) w/ sour cream. 1 Margarita.
1530: 8oz Oven Roasted Turkey Breast.
1600 - 1800: 12 cups Whole Milk.
2100: La Puerta: Pollo a la Crema (chicken, cream sauce, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, cheese). 1 Giant Margarita.
2200 - 2400: 3 Vodka Clubs.
