Day 68

BW = 202.4lbs


Back Squat 153 x 5, 130 x 5 x 2, 132 x 5, 134 x 5
Push Press 72 x 5 x 3

Changing things up. Going to start doing 5 x 5 instead of 5 x 3. Going to start Push Pressing.


1100: 6 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 2oz Cream Cheese, Scallions. 4 cups Whole Milk.

1600: 6oz Ground Beef, 1 Avocado, 2oz Sour Cream, 4oz Salsa, Romaine Lettuce. 4 cups Whole Milk.

2130: 1 "slice" Spinach "bread", some Marinara, 6oz Chicken Breast.

New Recipe

Spinach "Bread":
5 Eggs
1/2 cup Pine Nuts
16oz Frozen Spinach
2tbsp Butter
small Bunch minced Basil
3 cloves minced Garlic

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a pan with 1tbsp Butter (~8" square pan). Brown Pine Nuts in 1tbsp Butter (they burn quick, it won't take long, stir constantly). Thaw Spinach, drain and chop. Put Pine Nuts in a food processor, chop finely. Put everything in a bowl, mix thoroughly. Put in oven for 15min, or until it sets.

This was definitely not as "bready" as I had thought. It was more like a pesto frittata. If I make it again, I will try it with more pine nuts and less egg.
