Felt good, considering I haven't trained in a week. Front Squats and Presses still feel easy. Making progress on my Snatches, worked on staying over the bar longer, pulling the bar in to hit my belly on the way up (lats), and making sure to finish my chest in my set-up.
0900: Grande Americano.
1130: 6 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 2tbsp Sour Cream, 4oz Salsa. 2 cups Whole Milk.
1530: Mad Pizza: Whole Caesar Salad, added Turkey.
2100: 10oz New York Steak. ~8oz Asparagus w/ Butter. 4 cups Whole Milk.
