Besides the Stair Climb, this was my first "Met-con" since the beginning of GOMAD. I wasn't wasted afterwards, but it definitely got me breathing hard.

Nutrition:

0530: 6 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 2oz Cream Cheese, 1/2 Avocado, 4oz Salsa. 2 cups Whole Milk.

1030: 1 serving Sonoma Chicken Salad. 3 cups Whole Milk.

1530: 1 serving Spaghetti Squash w/ Chorizo & Marinara. 4 cups Whole Milk.
