WOD:

Back Squat 140 x 5 x 5
Push Press 74 x 5 x 3
Power Clean 72 x 1 x 10 (every min on the min)

Nutrition:

1100: 1 serving Sonoma Chicken Salad. 4 cups Whole Milk.

1630: 6oz Ground Beef, 8oz Sauteed Cabbage, 1 Avocado. 4 cups Whole Milk.

2100: 6 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 4oz Salsa. 2 cups Whole Milk.
