Very happy with my performance, especially since I only did 14 rounds on my last attempt. Amazing performance considering I've been eating 30g of carbs all week, would have expected low energy during the WO.
Food:
11:00am: 7oz Ground Buffalo, 7oz Green Cabbage, 1 medium Avocado. 58.5g F, 8.5g C, 55g P.
3:00pm: 10.5oz London Broil, 4oz Mixed Greens, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 2oz Raw Cheddar. 67g F, 5g C, 108.5g P.
8:00pm: 2 scoops egg protein, 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup coconut milk. 48g F, 15g C, 53g P.
9:30pm: 4oz Buffalo Jerky. 29g F, 2g C, 38g P.
Totals: 202.5g F, 30.5g C, 254.5g P; 2962.5kcal
I'm not 100% sure about the nutritional content of the jerky, it may have had way more carbs than I think, which would have put me over for carbs for the day.
