Split Jerk 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 @ 155# (PR)
Never split jerked that much before, felt good. Was definitely falling apart near the end, almost missed the first jerk on my last set.
Food:
10:45am: 9oz Lamb Shoulder, 4oz Mixed Greens, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 2oz Raw Cheddar. 95.5g F, 5g C, 76.5 P.
1:30pm: 8oz Curried Chicken Salad, 32oz Talking Rain Twist. 21g F, 12g C, 62g P.
4:30pm: 7oz Ground Buffalo, 7oz Green Cabbage, 1 medium Avocado. 58.5g F, 8.5g C, 55g P.
7:00pm: 2 scoops egg protein, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 cup coconut milk. 48g F, 10g C, 53g P.
Totals: 223g F, 35.5g C, 246.5g P; 3135kcal.
Little high on the carbs, but that's because I didn't account for their being 4 servings in the Talking Rain, which added 6g C that I wasn't expecting.
So far my sleep experiment isn't producing any results. I'm still hungry throughout the day, despite downing 20oz of drip coffee first thing in the morning, and I'm still only able to get ~5 hours of sleep/night, waking up once or twice during the night. Doubt that the coffee affects my ability to sleep, since I've experimented in the past with caffeine consumption and it didn't ever affect my sleep adversely. Need to give it more time...
