Good workout. Need to improve my grip strength, it was once again the limiting factor during this workout.

9:45am: 7oz Ground Buffalo, 7oz Green Cabbage, 1 medium Avocado. 58.5g F, 8.5g C, 55g P
2:00pm: 9oz Lamb Shoulder, 4oz Mixed Greens, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 2oz Raw Cheddar. 95.5g F, 5g C, 76.5 P.
7:30pm: 8oz Italian Chicken Salad, 6oz Pepperoni Flavored Turkey Sticks. 42g F, 6g C, 92g P.
Totals: 196g F, 19.5g C, 223.5g P; 2736kcal.
Now we're talking, good amount of carbs today. Now my challenge will be consuming more food, because I'm definitely still feeling hunger pangs, which I shouldn't be.
