Was working on form. Need to slow down my first pull, and not change the angle of my torso. Everything else felt good.
Food:
11:00am: 9oz Lamb Shoulder, 4oz Mixed Greens, 3tbsp Olive Oil. 91g F, 5g C, 62.5g P.
1:30pm: 7oz Ground Buffalo, 7oz Green Cabbage, 60g Macadamia Nuts. 70g F, 15g C, 53g P.
3:30pm: 8oz Mediterranean Tuna Salad. 24g F, 4g C, 42g P.
7:30pm: 2 scoops egg protein, 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup coconut milk. 48g F, 15g C, 53g P.
Totals: 233g F, 39g C, 210.5g P; 3095kcal.
Again, too many carbs, but closer than yesterday. Oops, I forgot to put less fruit in my shake.
