Ok, so I ate too many carbs today. I'll have to cut out the balsamic vinegar, put less fruit in my shake, and the yogourt was a desparation buy, so I should be good from now on. Felt good today, even energy all day, except for the first few hours of the day, I was groggy, probably due to shifting my fast. I had some black drip coffee at 8am, that fixed things pretty quickly.
