Ok, so I ate after my last recorded meal yesterday. I had a chicken chop chop salad, a meal replacement shake (I work at a gym that has a weight loss program, they manufacture their own meal replacement shakes), and about 1/2 a pound of chicken drumettes at 8:30. I don't know why, but I had an unsatiable hunger yesterday, and it wasn't until the drumettes that I was satisfied.
WOD:
Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 @ 235#
Weighted Pullups 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 @ 25#
Squats were heavy, felt good. Think I could have done more weight on the pullups.
Food:
11:00am: 1 lb Squash Chili. 120g F, 16g C, 54g P.
1:30pm: 2 scoops Egg Protein, 60g Blueberries, 1 cup Coconut Milk, 60g Macadamia Nuts. 93g F, 17g C, 58.5g P.
3:30pm: 1 lb Jambalaya. 47g F, 18g C, 53.5g P.
6:30pm: Whole Foods: 8oz Pulled Chicken, 4oz Hard Boiled Eggs, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 2oz Mixed Greens, 4oz Green Pepper, 2oz Shredded Zucchini. 47g F, 6g C, 86.5g P.
Totals: 307g F, 57g C, 252.5g P; 4001kcal; 69%F, 5.7%C, 25.3%P.
