Gaining Mass? I'm usually down around 162 by this time in the week, which would lead me to believe that I've gained some lean mass, since I can still see my abs.
WOD:

60 Jumping Pullups
30 Pushups
15 Deck Squats

Jumping pullups are annoying.
Food:
9:30am: 1 lb Squash Chili. 120g F, 16g C, 54g P.
12:30pm: 1 lb Jambalaya. 47g F, 18g C, 53.5g P.
3:15pm: 2 scoops Egg Protein, 60g Blueberries, 1 cup Coconut Milk, 60g Macadamia Nuts. 93g F, 17g C, 58.5g P.
Totals: 260g F, 51g C, 166g P; 3208; 73%F, 6%C, 21%P.
Sleep update: I don't know if the ZMA has done anything for my sleep, but I am waking up less during the night. I still wake up pretty reliably after only 5.5 hours of sleep, but I'm not waking up in the middle of the night anymore. Energy levels are good throughout the day, haven't taken a nap in weeks. Next experiement will be to put curtains over my windows, because my room never gets very dark.
