BW = 165

WOD:

Overhead Squat 5-5-5-5-5 @ 95#

Felt good, load was perfect. Worked on keeping active shoulders, pushing knees out, keeping chest high.

Food:

11:00am: 1 lb Squash Chili. 120g F, 16g C, 54g P.

2:30pm: 1 lb Jambalaya. 47g F, 18g C, 53.5g P.

7:30pm: 2 scoops Egg Protein, 60g Blueberries, 1 cup Coconut Milk, 60g Macadamia Nuts, 1.5oz Cheese. 107g F, 17g C, 69g P.

Totals: 274g F, 51g C, 176.5g P; 3414kcal; 72%F, 6%C, 22%P.

Man, even with this much food I'm still hungry throughout the day. Think I need to consistently get in 1.5g P/lb BW, which would put me at ~250g P/day. That would put my daily kcals at ~4000. I think I need to add in another meal.
