Interesting workout, was based on the "intervals within intervals" idea discussed in the most recent issue of the Performance Menu. Able to optimize power output by increasing peak power for each exercise.

Food:

11:00am: 9oz Ground Beef, 1/3 cup Onion, 1 medium Avocado. 75g F, 9g C, 69.5g P.

3:30pm: 6.5oz Salmon, 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, 4oz Mixed Greens, 2 tbsp Olive Oil. 54g F, 4g C, 49g P.

7:30pm: 2 scoops Egg Protein Powder, 60g Blueberries, 1 cup Coconut Milk. 48g F, 14g C, 52.5g P.

Totals: 177g F, 27g C, 171g P; 2385kcal; 67% F, 4.5% C, 28.5% P.

I think I need to eat more food. I'll work on that this weekend when I go grocery shopping. Could probably stand to add another 700kcal/day, split between P & F.
