WOD:

Felt good, core felt solid. Also practiced my overhead squats @ 95#, felt good.

12:30pm: 8 Chicken Drumettes. 53g F, 0g C, 73g P

3:00pm: 7oz Ground Beef, 1/3 cup Onion, 4oz Tomato, 1 medium Avocado. 65g F, 12g C, 55g P.

8:30pm: 2 scoops Egg Protein Powder, 60g Blueberries, 1 cup Coconut Milk. 48g F, 14g C, 52.5g P.

Totals: 220g F, 30g C, 229.5g P; 3018kcal; 66% F, 4% C, 30% P.
