7:30pm: 2 scoops Egg Protein Powder, 60g Blueberries, 1 cup Coconut Milk. 48g F, 14g C, 52.5g P.
Totals: 167g F, 30g C, 156.5g P; 2249kcal; 67% F, 5% C, 28% P.
