I really suck at deadlifting. Luckily I have a great coach who is more than patient with all of my frustrations. Made some great improvements on form today, but nowhere close to testing my 1RM.
Food:
11:00am: 6.5oz Salmon, 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, 4oz Mixed Greens, 2 tbsp Olive Oil. 54g F, 4g C, 49g P.
1:30pm: 7oz fage total greek yogurt, 3 Sausage Frittatas. 46g F, 6g C, 34g P.
4:30pm: 7oz Ground Beef, 1/3 cup Onion, 4oz Tomato, 1 medium Avocado. 65g F, 12g C, 55g P.
7:30pm: 2 scoops Egg Protein Powder, 60g Blueberries, 1 cup Coconut Milk. 48g F, 14g C, 52.5g P.
Totals: 213g F, 36g C, 190.5; 2823kcal; 68%F, 5%C, 27%P.
