Good workout. Shoulders were the limiting factor, had to break up the 2nd and 3rd set of Thrusters (8,7 & 5,3,3,3,3,4). Had to break up the 3rd set of Pullups (7,5,3,3,3).
Food:
11:00am: 7oz Ground Beef, 1/3 cup Onion, 4oz Tomato, 1 medium Avocado. 65g F, 12g C, 55g P.
3:15pm: 6.5oz Salmon, 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, 4oz Mixed Greens, 2 tbsp Olive Oil. 54g F, 4g C, 49g P.
7:30pm: 2 scoops Egg Protein Powder, 60g Blueberries, 1 cup Coconut Milk. 48g F, 14g C, 52.5g P.
Totals: 167g F, 30g C, 156.5g P; 2249kcal; 67% F, 5% C, 28% P.
Wow, really didn't eat much today. Need to add calories somehow, because my whole week looks like this.
