Deadlift-Hang Clean-Press 3-3-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1, ended @ 155#
Worked on form. Apparantly I have an early arm bend on my clean, spent most of the time focusing on that, accomplished nothing but got plenty frustrated.
Food: still doing the metabolic diet, haven't been meal tracking though. Everything seems to be going well, except that I keep screwing up on the weekend by eating too many carbs and too much of the wrong food. I'm still striving for that perfect weekend, we'll see how things go this time around...
