40 Pushups
50 Situps
3 min Jumprope
30 Pushups
40 Situps
2 min Jumprope
20 Pushups
30 Situps

This workout was too easy. It was elements night at CrossFit Eastside, and there were members of the cancer survivors group present, so the workout was scaled appropriately. Unfortunately that meant a less challenging workout for the "advanced" members.
