I don't recall exactly how I found your blog. I think i found it about a week ago. I've been hunting through the google blog search a lot lately. Trying to find some more blogs on training to read. I think maybe I was looking up bodyweight training, which had surprisingly few hits. I found yours and thought your approach was interesting so I subscribed to your rss feed and have been reading along since.

I don't actually Crossfit, in the sense of following their workout of the day. I don't hate on Crossfit either. There are some real good things there, I prefer to run my own training to meet my needs.
