11:30am: 6oz Chicken Breast, 6oz Cabbage, 60g Almonds, 2Tbsp Sesame Seeds, 2oz Asian Dressing. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter. 1 Lara Bar (Banana Cookie).

7:30pm: Mexican Food: Chips & Salsa, Grilled Steak Quesadillas, Rice & Beans. Frosted Brownie.
