A disappointing performance. Me thinks it's because of the lack of carbs.

8:00am: 6 Eggs, 2oz Cheddar, 1oz Butter, 6tbsp Fire Roasted Guacamole (TJs).
11:30am: 6oz Chicken Breast, 6oz Cabbage, 60g Almonds, 2Tbsp Sesame Seeds, 2oz Asian Dressing. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
3:30pm: Beef Stir Fry: 6oz Ground Beef, Green & Red Bell Pepper, Ginger, Garlic, Tamari, Chili Paste, Beef Stock. 60g Macadamia Nuts.
