Nutrition:

8:00am: 6 Eggs, 2oz Cheddar, 1oz Butter, 6tbsp Fire Roasted Guacamole (TJs).

12:00pm: 6oz Chicken Breast, 6oz Cabbage, 60g Almonds, 2Tbsp Sesame Seeds, 2oz Asian Dressing. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

5:00pm: 6oz Salmon, 3oz Spinach, 2oz Cheddar, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 1tbsp Balsamic Vinegar.
