WOD:

Team Workout:
400m Run
Ring Dips
400m Run
Rope Pullups

There were two teams, while one was running, the other was doing ring dips for max reps. There were two sets of rings, so you had to constantly alternate. My team won. During the second round, one team was running while the other was doing rope pullups. Again, two ropes, constantly alternating. Again, my team won.

Nutrition:

8:30am: 6 Eggs, 1oz Butter, 2oz Cheese, 6Tbsp Fire Roasted Guacamole (TJs).

12:00pm: 6oz Chicken Breast, 6oz Cabbage, 60g Almonds, 2Tbsp Sesame Seeds, 2oz Asian Dressing. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

4:00pm: Beef Stir Fry: 6oz Ground Beef, Green & Red Bell Pepper, Ginger, Garlic, Tamari, Chili Paste, Beef Stock. 60g Macadamia Nuts.
