Hey what did you eat in the afternoon? It seems like a lot of food there- I can hardly imagine eating 6 eggs in the morning then a snack 3 hours later.
no snacks there, what I posted is the three meals I eat/day. My eating window is compressed because I intermittent fast. It amounts to about 3700kcal/day.
