I was NOT expecting to do Fran tonight, especially after I just did Strung out, Backwards, Upside Down Fran on tuesday. That's what you get for going to CrossFit, you never know what the workout is going to be. The cool thing is that I PR'd it.

Nutrition:

7:00am: 6 Eggs, 1oz Butter, 1 Avocado, 4tbsp Salsa.

11:00am: 6oz Salmon, 4oz Spinach, 3oz Cherry Tomatoes, 1oz Basil, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 1tbsp Balsamic Vinegar. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

5:00pm: 6oz Ground Beef, 6oz Cabbage, 1 Avocado.
