Rest. Symptoms of a cold started last night, continued throughout today, so I figured it would be a good time to take a day off.
Nutrition:
8:00am: 6 Eggs, 1oz Butter, 1 Avocado, 4tbsp Salsa.
12:00pm: 6oz Salmon, 4oz Spinach, 3oz Cherry Tomatoes, 1oz Basil, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 1tbsp Balsamic Vinegar. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
6:00pm: 6oz Ground Beef, 6oz Cabbage. 2oz Macadamia Nuts.
