8:00am: BW = 169.5

WOD:

Snatch 5 x 3 @ 45kg
Clean & Jerk 5 x 2 @ 62.5kg
Back Squat 5 x 5 @ 105kg
Overhead Press 5 x 5 @ 47.5kg

O-Lifts felt horrible today. I had several missed attempts at the Snatch. Everything just felt sloppy. Back Squats felt good, as did presses.

Nutrition:

11:00am: 6 Eggs, 1oz Butter, 2tbsp Tapenade, 4tbsp Salsa. 2oz Fig Cake (Whole Foods).

2:30pm: 1lb Jambalaya. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

7:00pm: 6oz Ground Beef, 6oz Cabbage, 1 Avocado.

New Recipe:

Jambalaya:
1tbsp Coconut Oil
1lb Andouille Sausage
1lb Shrimp
1cup Onion
1cup Green Bell Pepper
1/2cup Celery
2cups Cauliflower
2cans El Pato Tomato Sauce
1cup Chicken Broth
1tsp Cajun Seasoning
1/4tsp Cayenne
1 Bay Leaf

Heat Oil, Sausage, Onion, Bell Pepper, and Celery. Add seasoning and Bay Leaf. Add Tomato Sauce, Chicken Broth, and Cauliflower, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20min. Remove Bay Leaf, add Shrimp.
