Warm-up: Handstand practice. Worked on tucking in hips and keeping active shoulders. I'm so used to a bowed handstand since that's what I developed on my own. Staying straight is much harder, especially keeping the head neutral.
7 Rounds:
5 Deadlifts 80kg
250m Row
Rest 60-90sec
Could have gone heavier on the Deadlifts. Did a set of windshield wipers afterwards, still only able to do 5 on each side before failure, unable to do a second set.
Nutrition:
9:30am: 6 Eggs, 1oz Butter, 1oz Tapenade, 4tbsp Salsa. 2oz Macadamia Nuts.
2:30pm: 1lb Jambalaya. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
7:30pm: 6oz Ground Beef, 6oz Cabbage, 1 Avocado.
Still hungry after my last meal the last 2 days. I'm pretty sure it's because I went a little carb crazy on the weekend. We'll see how the rest of the week pans out.
