Awesome workout. I had two partners today, and it made all the difference.

Nutrition:

9:30am: 6 Eggs, 1oz Butter, 1.5oz Tapenade, 4tbsp Salsa. 2oz Macadamia Nuts.

3:00pm: 1lb Jambalaya. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

6:00pm: 6oz Ground Beef, 6oz Cabbage, 1 Avocado.

7:00pm: 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter, 12oz Pineapple.

Hello fruit! I think I need to add a little more carbs into my diet. I was craving carbs pretty bad today. I had this issue before and solved the problem by adding a couple of blocks of carbs to each meal without any body comp. changes.
