Again, this is what happens when you don't eat enough carbs. I tanked on the second round, with no hope of improvement.
Nutrition:9:00am: 6 Eggs, 1tbsp Ghee, 2oz Tapenade. 2oz Macadamia Nuts.
12:30pm: 1lb Jambalaya. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
4:30pm: 6oz Ground Beef, 7oz Cabbage, 4oz Cherry Tomatoes, 1 Avocado.
