Ok, enough is enough, I need to start replenishing my glycogen stores if I'm going to keep doing MetCon workouts.

Nutrition:

9:00am: 6 Eggs, 2oz Tapenade, 1tbsp Ghee. 2oz Macadamia Nuts.

2:30pm: 6oz Ground Beef, 7oz Cabbage, 3oz Cherry Tomatoes, 1 Avocado.

8:30pm: 12oz Buffalo Drumettes (Whole Foods), 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter, 2 Mangoes.
