10:30am: 6 Eggs, 1tbsp Ghee, 2oz Tapenade, 2oz Salsa. 1oz Macadamia Nuts.

1:30pm: 6oz Ground Beef, 7oz Cabbage, 1 Avocado. 2 Mangoes.

5:30pm: 10oz Curry Chicken Salad. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
