12:00pm: 6 Eggs, 1tbsp Ghee, 2oz Tapenade, 2oz Salsa. 2oz Macadamia Nuts.

4:30pm: 6oz Ground Beef, 7oz Cabbage, 1 Avocado.

8:30pm: 1 can Sardines. 2 Mangoes. 2tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
